Certified by IPMA as Senior Project Director. He was Project Manager of Gibbs &amp; Hill Espa\u00f1ola. He held the post of Deputy Director at the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) and was the first Director of the EUREKA Program in Spain. He has been Director of European Technology Programs of the AMPER Group.He was Promotion Director of the COTEC Foundation for Technological Innovation from 1990 to 2013. Subsequently, Innovation and Technology Management Consultant.
