Peruvian lawyer with a solid track record in the public and private sectors, specializing in criminal law and crime prevention. He has served as a Provincial Prosecutor in various jurisdictions across the country, excelling in the implementation of the New Code of Criminal Procedure (NCPP) in regions such as Puno and Huánuco. His experience also encompasses civil, family, and labor law, complemented by extensive teaching experience at the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University. He served as a clerk at the Superior Court of Justice of Callao in the Civil Division, and as a legal advisor to major companies and organizations in Lima. Internationally, he worked in law and management firms in Spain, where he gained experience in administrative and business consulting. He currently leads the law firm Meneses & Meneses as general manager, providing consulting and legal defense nationally and internationally. His professional focus is on strategic crime prevention, strengthening criminal justice, and defending fundamental rights.
