Marine Weber is Logistics team leader for the Nordic Market (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) for the company Coty. Graduated from EBS University for Economics and Law (Germany – Bsc in Business Administration), and KEDGE Business School – ISLI (France – Msc in Supply Chain management), she has an expertise in multicultural management, logistics operation and quality, as well as project management for supply chain operation optimization and lean development.

Passionate about supply chain optimization at a local and global scale, she worked for Schlumberger (oil and gas), where she participated to the European transport network re- assessment and new deployment, and also for P&G/Coty (Fast consumer goods / beauty) where she developed a transversal expertise as a Post-merger integration leader during the new SAP development and integration project for the Nordic market.
