Manuel Zahera Pérez, is an Industrial Engineer from the School of Industrial Engineering of Bilbao. Certified by IPMA as Senior Project Director. He was Project Manager of Gibbs & Hill Española. He held the post of Deputy Director at the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) and was the first Director of the EUREKA Program in Spain. He has been Director of European Technology Programs of the AMPER Group.He was Promotion Director of the COTEC Foundation for Technological Innovation from 1990 to 2013. Subsequently, Innovation and Technology Management Consultant. He directs the course “Management of innovative projects” of the CITIUS Program of the Autonomous University of Madrid and is a professor of the Emplea Program at the EOI.
